职位描述及要求
Responsibilities:

1. Make out R&D schedule and allocation plans of materials according to the requirements of the system.

2. Carry out the trainings of the R&D team members; improve inner coordination and the team’s communication with the outside.

3. Be responsible for the compiling the criteria of the system

4. Put the strategies into practice under the guidance of technologies.

5. Prepare and check reports on development， strategies， tests and findings.

6. Invite customers to take part in products presentations and communicate with them.

7. Arouse engineers’ initiative to make sure that tasks will be fully accomplished within time-limit.

Requirements:

1. Master or Doctor Degree in Automotive Engineering， Mechanical Engineering， or other related majors.

2. CET-6 or above.

3. More than 2 years of experiences in the R&D of engine electronic control systems， have the concrete knowledge of control theories and digital signal processing.

4. Be familiar with engine principles， automotive transducer and OBD.

5. Have knowledge of the modeling and emulation of Matlab， Simulink and StateFlow.

6. Know the testing principles of automobiles and emission yardsticks.

7. The knowledge of electronic circuit， the development of software， the use of HIL tools automobile testing is preferred.
